I’m asthmatic
I’m using the breathing work and exercises to see if that will help me discipline my breathing in a better way. It’s early days, it’s not a quick fix, but I’m finding it really helpful and easy to use.
Migraines?
There are yoga videos that include simple poses and stretches for things like headaches or just to relax.
If you can reduce your pain in a natural holistic way its worth a shot, isn’t it?
Don’t worry you don’t need to do handstands in the first week. I guess you can if you like but the whole point of this app is to give you a happy relaxed powerful body and mind.
