That sticky week…

Hello gorgeous patrons, how’s things?

First of all a HUGE end of year thank you for all your support, encouragement and inspiration.

Not just here but on my social media, and of course by the sales of my books.

So, it’s that sticky week between Xmas and New Year. You’ll no doubt be swamped with adverts for holidays, fitness regimes and the store sales!

Why not treat yourself to a book, or three?? You know the law of bookshelves is that you can never have too many!

Did you know the Japanese have a word Tsundoku it’s acquiring reading materials but letting them pile up in one’s home without reading them!

How cool is that!

I’ve even added a Tsundoku list into my Goodreads, so I don’t end up buying a book twice, yes it’s easily done when you fall in love with a book cover.

Talking of covers, this month I’m hoping to be commissioning my new two book covers, which is where I invest my Patronage.

So if you know anyone who would love a bookmark / free books or even a coaching call with me, by becoming a Patron please feel free to share this post!

This month’s writing:

Ashes – I’m working on the sequel, excited to find out more about my characters, a few new ones joining in the adventure!

Rosebud’s Tale – this work is my longstanding post – apocalyptic work. I’m now splitting it into two pieces, a VERY dark and a YA version.

Fairy Rose – my children’s book about a strong little fairy who lives in a back garden. Once I have a few more patrons I’ll be commissioning the artwork and getting this book published!

Challenges:

I’ve had all sorts of admin issues trying to get my ‘Angelica Brave’ books correctly listed on Amazon. They are there but not under my chosen categories. It’s been such a time suck that I’ve now left it as it is. Sometimes you just have to move on and learn for next time!
