Lost
I’ll be honest, this post is quite hard to write as I feel I lost this voice for a while over the past year. Like any muscle memory, or imposter syndrome battle it isn’t easy stepping back out of the shadows but I’m up for the challenge if you are!

Sorry not Sorry
I’ve never really done the looking back thing, so recapping a year isn’t really my style.
I even preach and coach folk not to look back, but to move forward with a lesson or two learnt as you go.
But I have totally neglected this blog, and for that I apologise. Sorry!
And yes I started the last sentence with a but and it bothers me more than you know.
Things are changing in 2025. No one can even predict what will happen in this crazy world we live in right now, but for me at least, it’s gonna be fun.
I’m going to focus on what matters, still family, my books and writing, and more…
My first step on that path is to let you know I’m going to soon be sharing my next book/s on Substack.
The New Plan
In one of my other pen names I share my new books as I go. Literally as I write, I post.
Some call it brave, others foolish, but it’s worked well for me, and I’ve needed to focus there as that’s where the money is coming from.
This is my job, as with any business I need to prioritise the income generation!
Now it’s time to re-build and reboot my original creative business and very first author brand.
Chapter by Chapter
My Substack writing includes errors, of course, it’s ‘live’ writing. No shame there.
But by sharing as I write, it gives my readers exclusive access, a chance to comment, make requests, even guide the story or point out character flaws etc. Their feedback has been invaluable!
I’ve done it before with Death of the Lion, which is now on general release.
What Else?
I’ll be sharing more video. My YouTube channel deserves much more attention, and will receive it. If the tick of tock gets banned as predicted, in US at least the threats aren’t new but are more likely to succeed, my YouTube has all the short content there too.
Why Tell Us Now?
My ‘list’ or as I prefer to call it my community will be getting more emails. I know! Again, no apologies other than to mother earth. You don’t have to read them all, but I’d obviously love it if you do.

Mentoring / Creativity Coaching
I’m so busy with writing that I’ve thought long and hard about rebooting my coaching side of the business.
When I think about what lights me up, what I enjoy, of course I adore writing. I do.
But (not again with the b word!) I thrive on teaching, educating, information sharing, reminding people how amazing they are and what they can achieve, with a nudge.
I’ve always loved to boost someone’s confidence, let them know it’s possible, what ever ‘it’ is.
I love to make people think, then use their voice.
So I guess this is my way of saying, yes.
Time is limited, yes.
I’m busy as a busy thing, still yes.
Want something doing give it to a busy person, yes again.
So yes, I’m still offering calls, and yes I will get around to updating my website and booking forms etc.
The Witch
As a clue to what I’ve been watching on loop lately, ‘yes, cried the witch…’
And whoosh they were gone.
Back to the pen, paper, laptop and all things writerly.
